🐅 ADMIN TEAM MESSAGE 🐅
"HELLO!" FROM YOUR PARKRIDGE ADMIN TEAM!
2nd Trimester has begun with a BANG!
We want to thank all our parents for...
- Attending Parent/Teacher Conferences
- Supporting your students and our school by participating in activities like, Trimester 1 Award Assemblies, Red Ribbon Week, Our Harvest Festival, Kinder Parent Workshop, and many other meetings that build a strong Home-School Connection so your student(s) can thrive and reach their Academic and Social Emotional Goals.
With many activities and events coming up, we'd like to remind you to...
- Continue reading all of our Family Communications that are sent your way; Our Tiger Blast Newsletters, Emails, School Messenger Messages and Voicemails, Class Dojo, Social Media Pages, Written Communications that are sent in your child(s) Backpack(s), and Phone Messages that are left by our office or a teacher.
- We also ask that you are mindful of our Traffic Expectations. We understand that morning can get pretty busy for everyone, however, Tardies have been a great concern with approximately 30-50+ late students arriving, DAILY! Please do your best to leave your homes 5-10 minutes earlier, so that you can beat traffic, your child is on-time for breakfast, and our teachers can maximize their instructional minutes, everyday.
- Talk with your student about our Tiger Stripes Intervention Block! Our AMAZING .. Multi-Tiered System of Support Team has begun providing a 4-Day a Week individualized small group instruction period, where your student(s) are receiving targeting instruction. It's been AWESOME watching your student(s) grasp concepts, improve their reading, and... gain confidence as they work on EXACTLY what they need. We believe in our students, and appreciate you Believing in US! Together... WE GOT THIS!
Continuing our Month of Gratitude:
We are so grateful to work with our Terrific Parkridge Staff, Teachers, Students, and their Families.
As we prepare for our Thanksgiving break which begins next Monday, Nov. 21st - Nov. 25th, don't forget about these exciting events this week: Our Family Turkey Lunch Feast on Wednesday, Nov. 16th and Operation Gobble, Gobble Family Literacy Night on Thursday. November 17th. Below are flyers with more information on all of these and other upcoming events.
We are looking forward to another successful trimester with you as our BIGGEST SUPPORTERS FOR STUDENT SUCCESS!
As always, we thank you so much for being a part of our Tiger family!
We truly value each one of you!
Wishing you and yours a safe, enjoyable, and wonderful week!

In recent weeks, there has been an increase in reported school threats-most often on social media. We are asking our Tiger Families to PLEASE watch the video below. We need you to help us emphasize the seriousness of making threats and using social media in a negative manner. See Something... SAY SOMETHING. Contact our school, Corona Norco Unified, or Law Enforcement immediately, if you have information regarding a potential threat.
Thank you,
Parkridge Administrators
🤗 COUNSELOR'S CORNER 🤗
It's starting to feel like fall and I am loving these cool mornings! We had another event-filled few weeks here at Parkridge. We celebrated Red Ribbon week, had an awards assembly, and our Club Hope and All-stars had their monthly celebration! The social emotional learning theme for the month of November is Gratitude! Take some time this week to reflect on what that word means and what you are grateful for. Ask your child what they think gratitude means and have a conversation. These small questions can lead to deeper connections!
